KFI Event Information

Invitations for the Annual KFI go out in the mail in late June. Entries should be returned early because we can only accept the first 124 golfers who register.

Friday, July 31, 2009 - Cocktail party with entertainment poolside at the Oak Ridge Country Club from 7-10 p.m.

Saturday, August 1, 2009 - Tee times begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Oak Ridge Country Club.
Golf Format: 18 holes. Teams framed by the Tournament Committee with an A, B, C, D player.
A Scottish Scramble: Each player will hit from the tee and then move to the best drive and play their own ball from that point. This format will occur on each hole. Each player must have their tee shot played twice. The team score will be one low ball with handicap per hole. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to adjust handicaps as needed due to the change in the Golf Format. There will be flight winners as well as team winners. Plus, long drive, closest to the pin and hole in one prizes.

That same Saturday evening - Cocktails and Silent Auction at the Double Tree Plaza in Oak Ridge, TN beginning at 6:00 p.m.
