The Keys Fillauer Invitational (KFI) Golf Tournament is an annual fundraiser to benefit the Knoxville Ronald McDonald House.
The Ronald McDonald House is a home away from home that provides families a place of rest and comfort as they face medical issues that have placed one of their children in the hospital.
